An observation on how different water sources may influence the freshness of harvested spinach.
Observation Conditions
- Date: July 1, 2022
- Environment: Indoor
- Temperature: Room temperature
- Spinach: Harvested on the same day
- Observation Period: 7 hours 20 minutes
- Variable: Water source only
Initial Condition
At the beginning of the observation, both spinach samples appeared very similar in freshness and appearance.
Observation After 7 Hours 20 Minutes
After several hours, both samples showed signs of natural wilting.
However, the spinach placed in YAMIZU Water appeared to retain more upright leaves, while the spinach placed in ordinary tap water appeared more wilted.
What We Observed
During this observation:
- Both samples were kept under the same conditions.
- The only variable was the water used.
- A visible difference in leaf appearance was observed after several hours.
